disclaimer:
Im at ~2min ttk time with the standard ranged build.
When first playing around with lightning rush and no optimized items i was getting around 2.15 - 2.20min.
The difference in time could result from lightning storm not being such a bad filler.
Even if Lightning Rush is viable in terms of ttk - the gameplay locks you in melee range.
