Wind power VFX still need to improve, I know Gaz is trying their best but still hope wind power can be changed to below:

Sirocco Rush
3 charges not enough, not mobile enough. Some of Storm’s powers should be able to add charge to Sirocco Rush.
Crashing Hail
Please make it with no cast limited, or double the power radius.
Really want to set the whole screen with hail & snow, it is not about damage, it is about fun!!!!

TALENTS & TRAITS PATH
Tempest Surge shouldn’t decline automatically without using any power.
Gusting Tempest power radius should be the same as Freezing Tempest.
As I suggested before, players should be given 5 points freely invest to all 15 powers. Of course for some of the powers can only pick 1 out-of-3.
ULTIMATE
Should add more weather effect, screen darken, tornadoes everywhere.

Space Atmosphere Ultimate
Storm can also control even space weather - ability to generate and manipulate solar, galactic and cosmic storms, winds and flares. A possible ULT suggestion 
Her biggest feat to date in the issue however took place in issue 5. In wake of Wolverine's death Storm activates a global Aurora Borealis, which can be seen in broad daylight from countries such as Mexico and Africa. This lasted 4 hours and did not tire Storm in the least.
