PLEASE make her as powerful as she should be.
She controls far more than rain, wind, and lightning. What about modifying air pressure, constricting the air enemies breathe? What about acid rain? What about separating and combining elements, like she did to Silver Surfer to DEFEAT HIM IN SPACE.
Suggested abilities:
Flash Freeze: the tempest powers are annoying; just make this its own ability
Constricting air pressure
Acid Rain
Remove Chain Lightning and add the chance for all lightning attacks to chain to nearby targets to open up slots for new abilities and animations. Also, have a passive chance for thunder to follow all lightning attacks, causing an irresistible stun with its loud boom for 1 second (10 second cooldown). Perhaps have these effects on some specialization, where those are on the lightning build specialization.
Wind Pull: Have an ability like other casters where Storm pulls enemies together by utilizing her hegemony over wind
After Deadpool's rework, I had an idea for Storm. I honestly think she should not use spirit, as she is eternally connected to Mother Earth's eternal strength. I think she should not use spirit entirely and have it instead contribute to more damage or have her gain additional passive spirit and have it also provide damage as she uses it, as she is getting closer to Mother Earth. Either way, combine her Eye of the Storm passive and Spirited to one, and called Healing Winds Eye of the Storm instead. Also, have her wind build not build off of slows, which are useless in raids. Also, I would suggest taking Thundering Maelstrom and combine it with her signature; she would begin quickly swirling around in place, creating a massive typhoon around her, having rain and lightning plague nearby enemies as she channels the gyre around her, constantly spinning as the whirlwind grows in size; also, all DoT effects would deal 200% damage to enemies affected by the channel to compensate for the lack of the ability to attack for the channeling effect.
