Re work for her wind powers made by me

Re works is something that she need, I like to play her but I think there is small hole of nothingness when I'm playing her
and it's about her powers. I won't create new power trees because only her wind is thing that need to be improved and re-worked, okay maybe dmg in her Lightning tree is also something that needs to be improved in my opinion.

Windrider:

Storm using Arctic Gale should shot them by hands like Ball lightning, throwing enemies up and knocking them down when they land or just pushing back. And remove this 25% chance to deflect projectile, every time she use it it should deflect all projectiles on it's path

*- means if one of Tempests is active

Concentrated Wind Area, Ranged
Concentrate wind into powerful projectile that will hurt your enemies. (Works like Scarlet Witch's Chaos blast, but grey)

  • Damage
  • Every third deals 50% more damage and knocks off
  • Spirit Cost

Wind Blast
Create blast of wind that pulls back enemies and throw in 'em everything that is in his range(Works like Magneto's Metal Tempest)

  • Damage
  • Ongoing Spirit Cost
  • Spirit Cost
    -*Storm lower temperature creating icicles that makes enemies bleed
  • Bleed Chance 50%
  • Slow

Vacuum Area, Ranged
Create Vacuum in targeted area that will attract enemies (Jean's Tk Implosion)

  • Damage
  • Spirit Cost
  • Small Cooldown
  • Damage per sec
  • If there is AoD like Crashing hail or Rain around this power deals additional damage or debuffs depending on which AoD is casted

Wind Burst Area
Create massive burst of wind that will Push and knock back all enemies around you

  • Damage
  • Spirit Cost
  • Cooldown
    -* Storm release massive burst of boiling wind then another but cold that will freeze your enemies
  • Burn Duration
  • Slow Duration
  • Freeze Duration

Lifting Winds Ranged, Area
Lift your enemies on the same winds that lifts you, but unlucky for them, they have no control over them. When you get bored of this just smash them in to the ground

  • Lift Duration
  • Damage
  • Small Cooldown

Rain Ranged, Area
Summon dark clouds in the sky and rain at your enemies increasing all energy damage especially your's lightnings and causing 'em to hurt themselves instead of you and your foes

  • 75% chance to damage enemy if he attempt to use any power
  • 20% to your Lightning Powers and +10% to others
  • Spirit Cost
  • Duration

Typhoon Should no longer be her signature, just normal power with high damage and 25 sec cooldown

Wind Wall
Create a massive wall of wind that will push back enemies and deflect projectiles (Optional)

One more thing that might be hard to explain with my English:

When storm stands in one of her AoD power and use Wind Blast, those powers on use should connect together, or if one of those is on the path of the WB, let me explain;
When storm is standing in one of her AoD(Or it's on the path) like for example... Crashing Hail and she'll use Wind Blast at the same time when this AoD is active her powers should connect and wind blow should move Hail coming out of the sky and push it toward enemies slowing them and dealing additional dmg form hail, with rain it should work the same. I hope you understand, if not then tell me, I will try to explain it more.

If you use AG (Arctic Gale) it should work like iceman's Freezing orb, throwing hail or/and rain in every direction. Sudden Tornadoes also but effect will work only for like 5 sec, then tornadoes must cross again AoD to gat back those effects

Now it's time for Skybreaker power tree

Storm Area, Signature
Unleash your fury and create a massive storm in targeted area. Show them why they should not anger you (Works like Magneto's Ultimate but instead of flying parts of sentinel there are flying cars, mailboxes and trees and lightnings striking everything that is moving and against you)

  • Damage
  • Slow
  • Cooldown
  • Restores spirit and health per sec
  • Weakens enemies

If freezing tempest is active all her windy powers deals +5% dmg. Also when it's turned on Rain becomes "Rain and Icicles", it deals dmg but debuff effects stay the same, but from now it also slows and in animation changes from only rain to falling snow, rain and icicles, actually when it's turned on all her powers get's snow animation

If gusting Tempest is active all her wind powers deals +10% dmg, cc effects are nearly irresistible. If you use cc breaker when this is toggled on it will deflect all projectiles for 5 sec, looks like wind barrier.

Shockwave Ranged, Lightning, Windrider
Show those who stand against you your power, clap and launch powerful blast of Air and lightning in front of you destroying anything that is standing on your path

  • Massive Damage
  • Cooldown (8 sec)
  • Spirit Cost
  • Stun or knock back duration
    Thundering Mealstorm Area, Ranged
    Deal more damage and have the same mechanic as Wind Blast and Arctic Gale while around or in one of AoD

Her Ult should be more like Scarlet Witch's but with bigger area and when using it Storm should also create 6 massive tornadoes that throws hail, icicles, rain and snow in every direction. Lift everything up then just hurl it down upon enemies.
